I have read of people correcting their vision through cleansing and fasting. If you search around the net, there are also exercises you can do for your eyes to train them not to need glasses.

For myself, I would choose the above over surgery. In the last year, my vision has improved somewhat on it's own since I cleaned up my diet and started cleansing. I may look more into the eye excercises in the future...
