You may want to reread what I have already posted. I've answered most of your questions and given you additional information about the dangers of piercing tumors. I'm sorry you seem set on that course as a standalone solution.

The additional information you provided about your wife's case, that cancer cells were left behind when the surgeon did not get clear margins in the original surgery, adds to a complex picture. Your wife needs to find someone who is experienced in employing multiple approaches simultaneously.

I don't know what country you're in or what your financial situation is but I would start looking for a clinic that provides a comprehensive approach.
