I told him to do this. My advise to all the emails I get is to go to a nursery. but imagine having one thing that helps your mom and you cannot get it. Although cinnamon has been shown to help you must eat a ton of it to be effective. I saw a man who ate a few cups of it a day. Fig leaves work with only a few leaves in a tea.
