Hi all,
Comparing dry fasting and water only fasting, does anyone know whether the liver starts the process of ketosis earlier in dry fasting or in a similar time to water only fasting? When I have water only fasted it has always been between 2 and 3 days.
Just curious if anyone has any info on this!
