Okay, thanks guys for all the suggestions. I've got the diet under control so that is the easy part...I'll try some suggestions given and variables. I look like a raccoon only it's bright red around the whole cheek/eye area then it masks down onto my cheeks..now this is an entirely new pattern for me, I typically get a butterfly across my face, which means whatever this is has moved into the eye area/prolly the sinuses that sit behind and above the eyes as well as the tear ducts. I'm taking this pretty hard because I've done so much and made so little progress. I think during this whole situation is not getting stressed and crying all the time over it...not helpful but it sucks! =(

As a side thought, i'm starting to think this is all from the IVIG...it seems every time I have one I get an increase in symptoms very severe and then I make some progress and my infusion is due (every 3 weeks) then wham there I go again. I told my husband I'm done with them...I think they are hurting my kidneys which is causing a lot of this to remain unaffected or healing...I could be wrong but I have combed everything I have been doing and that is the only pattern that I see a surge is after the infusion day.
