My parents are worried bc PS should not be combined with antidepressants and adrenals are very important (you can't live without them, so better not mess with them).

I don't even know what a neuropath is or how I can find one around here (I'm from Belgium) it seems like we're way behind on these things. I tried homeopathy and this doctor was talking about leaky gut, bowel cleansing, overworked liver, heavy metal toxicity and gluten-free diets (though Igg came out normal) but it cost a LOT and his electro-magnetic-therapy made me feel much worse, so I'm not jumping to go back.

But not sure how to figure things out on my own.
