It is most important to have a healthy Diet and lifestyle.

Some have suggested using stinging nettle on the scalp is beneficial. Make an infusion (herbal tea) of stinging nettle. After washing your hair, apply this to your scalp, and leave it in. You could also take stinging nettle infusion internally.

Don't expect a huge improvement in a short time. Expect a small improvement over a long time.

You could also try Aloe vera gel on the scalp.
