i just want to say i have a very similar problem as you and most on this forum. I had spent 3 years trying to figure out this mess, i was too focused on candida and heavy metals but chelation and anti fungals didnt really do anything, so I started looking more into leaky gut just recently, and it would make sense that it could be causing my biggest symptoms, they gut needs to heal so i can absorb nutrients, I am going to order an intestinal permeability test to see if this might be the culprit. just a suggestion you could look into that if you want, the test is like 100$. you just drink some stuff and take a 6 hour urine sample. Also did u look into celiac disease?
