Sounds like advanced stage of Adrenal Fatigue. I had similar symptoms but no as strong as you described. I started to wear sun glasses for the first time ( I hate glasses ). The hormon that regulated pupils' dilation constriction is at the end of cascade (aldosterone if i remember correctly).

You need an experienced doctor to guide you. I was trying selfnavigating using dr james wilson's recommendations. I was getting parodoxical reactions.

You may try to do 4 point salivary test for cortisol. It 's more reliable than blood test.
