Like what nutritional deficiencies can cause it and what to test for and take?

It started at 28. Since I hit 30, they're popping up even more. My mother didn't start graying until 50. My father started younger but I don't think it was this young. I don't believe it's "genetic" I think it's a lame excuse for anything anyway.


I don't want to start dying my hair but this is ridiculous and more embarrassing then the "hormonal" related Acne I also now have.
