My girlfriend was wondering if I was on something because I was on the attack mode.

I have been taking Lugol's for some time now. I added all the support supplements and coconut oil. I have lost weight and feel great.

This painting stuff puts ingesting the Lugol's to shame. Well, maybe I don't see what it is doing inside etc.

Is it possible to overdose on painting?

I feel great...
