I've been using Dr. Schulze 's F1 for about a year and a half. I ran out a couple of months ago, and nearly had to go to the ER after two of the most miserable days of my life. I'm scared to death to detox off this. I have a very healthy diet. No red meat etc. I thought it might help with more thorough elimination. I'd love to know if anyone has had trouble weaning off this. I'd like to stay regular w/o it.
