OK point made, one question though, why does the diagram he supplied for his own designed Blood electrifier only gave out 100 Micro amps and why do people get really good results using it ?

You convinced me on this, I hereby pull back what I said on this matter, I made 3 changes on the board ( took me 5 minutes ) And I am now getting 7mA. I am still more then willing to help you step by step to build it, it is very very easy. I will probably be able to build it for 20 US dollars. ( I am not selling or distributing, just saying that is what the parts will cost in South Africa ) So choice is yours.
