Yes I have read the whole argument. I have not watched the video you posted, does he really say that 50 microampere on the skin is sufficient to get 50 microampere in the blood? That was odd, because on another lecture, Beck explains that the amount of current has to be much higher (I point you to specific times below):

19:50 – „you want to get about 50 uA into the blood – you do that by putting about 3–4 mA into the outside of the skin…”

23:50 – Bob explains 7 (seven) layers of insulation between the outside world (the skin) and the inside world, where the blood is circulating. He even names those in latin.

Thus, the claim that 3-6 milliampere is needed is from Beck himself.
