Thanks Mighty. I will give the Celery a shot. I rehydrated last night and it was great. I could only manage about 2 cups of water over the 2 hours before I fell asleep - lol. Then I have managed about 8 ozs of fresh coconut water and 12oz of water so far today. I think my stomach shrunk a lot because I get full fast.
My hunger did not return after the DF. It is usual for hunger to return?
