Yea that's what I'd do. Id try to make it for as many days as possible. Not sure if I could do a week. Get ready for some die off after a whole day of that. Headache, sore neck, and a a reduction in rashes seem to be the norm. As well as extreme fatigue, but a reduction in depression.
