Son of a gun.

I know this post is 4 years old but I just realized that, bad when I was attempting to eradicate all mucus production in my windpipe and clear up my asthma, I had essentially reduced my diet down to the same things as you. namely, apples, millet, almonds. Nearly everything else caused me mucus production, which is most likely from too much histamine and sulfur from my diet.
