It's like I'm reading my story not yours :(
Please consider candida clear from now foods, it has been so great for me as long as I stay away from Sugar and carbs.
I will start ALA in few days, still don't know about the dose I hope I can cut 50mg tablets in half so I can start slow. We will see, and please keep me posted if you don't mind. I really want know how u feel
