@chrisb - so drinking more than 2-3 ozs will not help me with the excessive weakness I tend to experience? I hoped increasing the amount of water I consume during the fast would help me to be able to at least move around a little freely. During my last fast I was lucky to be able to walk to the bathroom or the kitchen.
