I really want feel better, I feel horrible and I have been home for over 4 years now suffering from severe dry eyes, hypothyridism, fatigue ,low body temp and depression. I have a lot of problems with my joints too.
Should I start with 50mg ALA? the high dose inhibits the conversion of T3 to T4 and I know when my thyroid is not working good.
