Chiron,

Skin brushing I've yet to try although it's quite popular in alternative circles. It's another practice that leaves me wondering where it originated. Perhaps when we were hairier primitives, the social grooming sessions or other forms of socialising naturally included the hair brushing effect but otherwise, is it something that we actually need for normal health?

Another item on my list to be researched. :-)
