Hi Anne, I had the same problem during my 6 day DF and also during my water fasts. But in the DF it is much worse because I also end up having a ton of energy with not a lot of ways to burn it off. I found that strenuous exercise while on the DF makes me sick and dizzy. And near me right now there is a lot of heavy road construction and they have close all the walking paths and ripped out all the sidewalks. I have been doing a lot of trampolining, dancing, and yoga and chanting mantras. In the wee hours I was so frustrated I spent about an hour walking around my yard. I think I scared my neighbor because he ended up calling the cops to report a suspicious person at my house- lol.
