I generally have problems sleeping when I fast but this is ridiculous. I am on a 10 dry fast and have not slept since day 2. I doze maybe 2 hours per night average if I am lucky. Most nights it is nada. I try napping in the day as well and it is a no go.
Any recommendations for helping me sleep? I am going into a 30 Water Fast after this and would like to at least get some rest.
