That's all great news! You're off to a good start and I'm honoured to be able to share it with you.

I didn't understand your question about weight loss - did you mean mine or weight loss in general? Personally I feel pretty good in myself and my weight loss has slowed down at least temporarily which is not unusual at various times. You will probably notice some weight shifting soon due to your diet change and dropping gradually once you commence the fast.

I await your updates eagerly.
