Would taking the Sugar balance help cure me of diabetes? Or would I need to be on it forever? I have been losing about 2 pounds per week on a lower (70 net grams) carb diet and high protein. Would weight loss and exercise help to cure it?

We plan to get pregnant soon. What would I need to do during the pregnancy if I do have diabetes?
