I started feeling better right away, like literally from the first week, but when I really noticed a major brain chelation effect was when I started taking a tablespoon of soy lecithin once after breakfast and again after dinner. Why exactly this was, I don't know, but it was extremely noticeable.

Also, I was doing 7 days on, 7 days off. So maybe that had something to do with the quick improvements?
