Hey, don't think negative. Two years is nothin, and this forum has gotten way more efficient since when I joined.
Read a little here and there, and if you can get that HTMA done. For the indepth report and analysis it is, it's honestly rather cheap.
It's the only time I've ever had a report that showed ACTUAL deficiencies in 6 years of AF, as opposed to blood urine etc...tests.

There's more than just hope out there. There's certain recovery in this day and age, we're lucky to have the internet and such knowledgeable, alternative doctors around...especially in North America.

Believe me, there's 100 times worse than you, and you came here at the right moment. Read those articles by Dr. Wilson, they're an exact Science on AF.
