citrus & coconut, would be juice fasting
baths are OK, even necessary, no matter whether salt or tap
i wouldn't want to fast and drink tap water -- it's polluted
i would use distilled
i have a dilemma on skin moisturizers -- my skin will get extremely dry and break if i do not use oils after bath or hand-washing -- is it undermining skin regeneration during fast ??
