this book by Dr Schulze teacher Dr Jensen who lived to be 94 I think is very interesting.

he said he had a lot of success reversing arthritis, etc if people followed his suggestions if it was not too far gone

He does differ from Schulze by not thinking being a vegan is the best but he is recommending a 60% raw whole food diet with lots of produce and has various suggestions.
