Note that the successful vegans in the videos I put up beat candida and could consume starches because they had no animal protein and fats. I like what they did but see potatoes and rice as better foods than their living off fruit diet. It looks extremely sugary, and unappetizing and didn't work for me. Their elimination of proteins and fats is essential though and a smart strategy. Other candida people advise against potatoes because they are eating meat which makes any carb just go rancid. I see the carbs as priority one and necessary for life though. It is impossible to cut out carbs and Sugar because they are part of every vegetable to some degree.
