Could be food allergies . Test different foods by eating only that single food and see how you are 2 hours later. keep notes.
Get this book from amazon.com---> The Pulse Test Easy Allergy Detection by Arthur F. Coca (1978)
Using the pulse test you can know within 15 minutes if you are allergic to a food.
