I know you can overdo it with Iodine and selenium. I wondered do you increase the selenium proportionally with Iodine intake?

Currently I'm taking 187.5 mg Lugols 5% (10 drops 3 times a day). 200mg of selenium once a day with other sups.

Is there a ratio?
