Hi ambler,

I hope all is going well with your post-fast phase. I agree with fasting.now's comment about wishing to see more detail from fasters not only during the fast and re-feeding but during the months ahead as that part of the progress usually gets missed and is where you really learn what lasting benefits have come about.

If you can spare the time, please drop us an update occasionally.
