A ton of amalgams. Big surprise! What stage of AF were you or are you in by the way? I am apparently pretty severe. I am sensitive to a lot of supplements but will try to start slowly.

What if conversations with your husband is stressful;0 That is one I really cant avoid. Except he is not home all week. Ha Ha!

How did you find out about your adrenals and blown out thyroid. Through a regular MD or ND?

I have been dealing with this for 2 years now already but was unaware. I had a bad reaction to an anti-depressant 2 years ago that sent me off. At first I guess I was in the initial stages of AF and that is why I was having so many symptoms, now I have crashed again and it is just so hard because I haven't been there for my kids already for the last two years the way I would like to be. And now it looks like another long road to recovery.

Thank you so much for your positive input. It helps to know I am not alone.
