Putrification Disbiosis, why high protein is bad!
http://www.crohns.net/Miva/education/dysbiosis.shtml

I gave up animal proteins, beans, fruits, and meat and am noticing that I don't get a bad reaction from eating redskin potatoes, brown rice, and vegetables (like when I was eating high protein). I do notice that spinach and broccoli fasting for a couple days gives visible candida removal and all of my external rashes are gone. I touted this as a cure in previous posts, but I am willing to take pointers and hope to get people to think outside the box on these candida cures. My ups and downs have been on a daily basis. Many of us with almost normal immune systems shouldn't have this problem for years.

My diet experiments over the past 2 years have shown nuts and fatty meat as well as a high chicken diet to be painful and cause an awful genital rash and scalp itch. Fats and nuts have been totally catastrophically painful for me. By focusing on easy to digest foods, previously painful foods like rice and potatoes seem fine in recent weeks. I Would like to distinguish carbs and sugars because I don't think potatoes can feed candida as easily as fruit because the conversion to Sugar that affects blood Sugar might be done after the digestive system?

I don't agree with a high fruit diet, but these people could actually do it by eliminating meat and fat:
