Permanent Doctrine List

This is exactly what it says, a way to get on a Doctrine List without having to re-energize during prayer times. Quickstart is one such offer for those without the ability to energize this themselves, but here are the commands to run on Orgone Generators yourself.

Sample:
Add [Full Name], born on [Birth Date] in [Birth Place],
to Permanent Doctrine List
