Welcome to the fasting scene. I'm on Day 7 of my fast and am glad to lend whatever support I can. There's plenty of others who will be willing to add support as well. You can do yourself a big favour by regularly posting your progress, concerns and highlights here on the forum much as I'm doing. I find that it helps me stay focussed on the task in hand and the important target I'm heading for.
