I don't have the luxury of doing a first in the morning test before getting up and going at least into another room which I feel would invalidate it. Instead I take mine on waking up from my first nap during the day, at least one reading from each arm. My readings on the 20th were 103/62 and 102/60 and the readings today were 101/65 and 104/67 about 10 seconds apart. Would you see that as something to worry about?

I must say that I'm not worried. I feel that this fast is going extremely easy and feel well within myself.
