even though i have seen dramatic reversals of some serious conditions over night with iodine, the bulk of the damage from NOT having enough Iodine and being poisoned with fluorine and bromine will take time. if sufficiency can take up to three years to achieve, then a full repair and recovery might take as long as 7 years or more. i still keep feeling "better" in many tiny little ways. i am thriving instead of surviving. Iodine makes everything work better. not worrying about iodine is like not worrying about breathing - doing just enough to maintain consciousness and thats all.

100mg is the minimum per day and youre off to the races.
