If you're suffering from a head cold and feeling miserable, an enema of some sort(s) might help, but if what you have is viral, it will run its course, though having a soothing green tea enema or enough enemas (2-4) given to you, that you fall asleep, would possibly help speed your getting over this cold as sleep helps the body. Hope you're better soon.
It's been my experience that having a series of enemas during illness has helped me sleep and recover more quickly if I hadn't had the enemas.
