Hi Tony,

So what do you think is the truth about it's benefits, or do we really know at this point? I have been taking resveratrol for many years due to articles in Life Extension and the impressive news about it's ability to mimic calorie restriction/longevity on mice.

I'm interested in your opinion. I have read this recent discovery before now, several times, but it's never followed with any conclusions.
