hi,
i've done 12 months of chelation for mercury after having around 13 mercury fillings removed...started the candida diet over the last 4 weeks and I think I am finally getting somewhere after 12 years, had intense die off including yeast coming out of my nose! and my tinnitus which I have had for the last 8 years seems so much more quiet, ontop of this my bloated belly has reduced....so it seems the key here is to get the mercury out!!!!!! as I have tried candida diets and anti fungals in the past but they never worked, now I know why: MERCURY
