Thanks for the reply. WH Bates, MD believed that light sensitivity was related to vision problems and that vision problems were more about stress and improper visual habits. If the Opt. thinks your eyes are physically fine, you may want to explore the helpful links on this website http://www.iblindness.org/
as you may be able to head off future problems or reverse any that you already experience.

I'm sure giving up coffee seems like a penance but when you think of the relief that your internal organs will feel which in turn will improve your overall health, in time you'll be thanking yourself. You might never know just how much trouble giving up coffee and other beverages saved you from!
