Hi Zooii. I am 40 & have suffered from chronic constipation since I was a young girl. I too have tried everything that claims to help from tons of water & fiber, changing my diet & taking dietary supplements, etc. In the last year or so it has gotten so bad that I've actually had to help myself manually get the process started to get some kind of relief.
