Thanks for your message. I have tried to follow H. Clark's advice for the past decade. The Liver Cleanses seem to help with digestion and shoulder pains. I practice them four to six times a year. Not a big fan of my 30khz zapper, but may be willing to try a multi-freq. generator/zapper.

I see you mentioned DE; its claimed benefits are so amazing. I will begin supplementing with food-grade DE soon.
