Geoff,

I had an indian store owner say that my candida was from meat and I thought it was nuts because of my reaction to any carbs or sugar. Since going mostly veg and high fiber, I can add the carbs and don't feel the reaction anymore. Maybe you did have candida, but an asian low meat diet is the cure and not this obsessive carb cutting.
