Yes, I've been using it along with tyrosine, glutamine, etc as a substitute for my low dose of Adderall for ADD.

I'd try tyrosine before mucuna puriens. You'll also want to get the the cofactors required to convert it to the various catecholamine neurotransmitters--Fe, Cu, Vit C, several Bs. Be careful of Fe & Cu if you don't really need them!
