I agree partly re Oxy and Mag07. But having tried both (and tried again) I find the Mag07 is gentler on the system -- no explosive action for one thing. And the urge is normal-feeling.

Sure, I'd rather not need anything, either! That's why the diet experimenting (no dairy, which is supposed to be bad b/c the phosphorus is dehydrating. Some say it's due to other aspects of it. I really don't know... yet.)
