it all depends on the qaulity... and a lot of factors go into that. healthy raised livestock (relative in this polluted world) has been tremendously beneficial for my family. I do think about the fact that the creature's life must be taken for me to consume the meat, and for that reason, I try not to waste or over eat. the cycle of life and death on this planet is a mysterious thing...
