this july was 19.8

I will say a little bit here but I would ask that you search some of my posts to get an idea too

underweight, muscle weakness and poor recovery from exercise, tight fibrous muscles, poor sleep, dry skin, severe food allergies , achy body, etc

and of course I don't know what is what in my case
bromide fluoride broken Iodine transport, mercury,
cesium, barium and tungsten showed up in pee the past two summers and were high in both
where the hell i got those three I have no idea
